These stainless steel plates are 0.015" thick. There is also a 2mil thick 3M adhesive backing - just peel and stick. Choose from 2" x 3.5" (the size of a business card) or 2.75" x 6.25"

Using the newest Laser Engraving technology, the plate is etched a fraction of an inch, which turns the metal a rich brown color. Laser marking is permanent and easily visible.

Text and graphics work best. Photographs will also work, but for best results, photos should have a lot of white areas and should have good contrast. Images are converted to black and white before engraving. Shades of gray are engraved using a subtle pattern of tiny dots.
