LazrArt offers two ways to customize a neck plate with your favorite photograph.

Since 2009 we have offered laser engraving on anodized aluminum black neck plates, which produces results like a black & white photograph. The laser engraving is a fraction of an inch, leaving a flat image that is permanent.

In 2020 we added new technology that lets us print directly on a steel neck plate - in full color (though black & white photos look great too). The color printing prints in layers - first white, then color, and finally a clear coat varnish layer. The application of layers of ink produces a slightly raised design and covers the surface color of the neck plate. The results are extremely durable and can only be damaged with very sharp or abrasive items.
