About the plates	These are high-strength anodized Aluminum neck plates designed to the Fender standard, the plates are 2" x 2.5" with holes on center at 1.5" and 2", respectively.
About the engraving	Laser Engraving etches the plate a fraction of an inch, which turns the anodized finish white. Laser marking is permanent and easily visible.
What designs work best?	For this plate, photographs, text and graphics all work well.
What doesn't work well?	Very thin lines. Very small lettering. Subtle shading or highlighting.

Beautiful addition

Sent my image in and proof was ready same day. Shipped out next day, received the plate within 4 days! Exceeding expectations, beautifully engraved, now my bass bears an autographed Geezer Butler GZR aluminum plate as part of my PJ Mustang hardware! Couldn't be happier. Got GZR PJ EMG pups, DR Sunbeam strings, now red Geezer engraved pic on neck plate. What's not to love? Crowning piece for my bass modded in tribute to my favorite player ever. Thanks so much for making it happen!
