These ultra-thin (0.020") metal wallet cards are a perfect companion to our medical alert tags. The size of a business card (2" x 3.5"), there's plenty of room to include personal information, emergency contacts, conditions, allergies and medications.
You can choose what to engrave - no need to follow samples shown in our photographs. Fill in the text for the front-and-back.
We will engrave exactly what you type, but leave the formatting to us.
Engraving is permanent and appears white on these anodized aluminum cards.

Great product, easy transaction. This is the 2nd card I have ordered from Lazrart, and they were just what I needed. Bought similar card for a friend, from a different company, and Lazrart's was far superior: larger and more legible printing. Love the new (to me) purple color! Thanks
