Fashion and functionality combine in these jewelry-quality Medical Alert and Identification tags. They are the size of "Military Dog Tags" (1.125" x 2") and come in a Gold, Silver, or Copper tone color.

You choose the words, front-and-back, to make sure that critical information is available in the case of an emergency. We recommend no more than 3 lines of 15 characters on the front and no more than 8 lines of 15 characters on the back. Although we will scale the size of the text to fit the tag, we have that those limits produce the most legible results.

You can choose what to engrave - no need to follow samples shown in our photographs. We will engrave exactly what you type, but leave the formatting to us.

Engraving is permanent and appears a rich brown color on these metal plated tags.
